Job Description

Search, welcome, consult, make contracts, monitor the process of selling products/services related to guests booking weddings, conferences, meetings, birthdays and related services. (Maintain existing business relationships and establishing new or potential business relationships.)
Internal works:
- Prepare and forward party announcements to relevant departments
- Schedule service and follow-up schedules (partner and internal).
- Monitor the supply process (sale of products/services).
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support customers throughout the process of outreach, consulting, sales and customer care.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports
Receive information, requests, and complaints from customers related to party booking issues and handle them immediately within the scope of authority, notify superiors to handle if beyond the ability to resolve and handle complaints within the authority. permission.
Propose methods and plans to improve the quality of current products/services and create new products/services.
Prepare a draft contract after the customer has basically agreed. Set up procedures for signing contracts after guests decide to book a party.
Directly supervise and track event contracts.
Evaluate product quality and report directly to Management
Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite debt, and only complete responsibility when the customer has completed payment.
Transact and understand customer needs. Search for potential customers.
