Job description:
- Planning and implementing direct consulting services on company's products, taking care of customers over the phone based on customer data provided by the company.
- Search, exploit and support customers with real estate needs.
- Provide and advise accurately product information and close the deal, ensure KPI and achieve the commission level according to each assigned KPI level.
- Participating in sales activities, consulting customers and making business plans according to the Company's orientation.
- Promote company image to customers in a professional way.
Job requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales (priority is given to candidates who have experience in sales or customer care in real estate).
- Have a personal laptop to support work.
- Agile, eager to learn, ambitious, dare to think, dare to do.
- Confidence in communication, passion for business and especially in the field of Real Estate.
- Fun, friendly, honest and persistent.
- Ability to work well in a team and work under pressure.
Time, place
- Working full time - Every Monday to Saturday morning
- Morning shift: 8:00 am
- Afternoon shift: 13h30
- Location: Office, Tower T Hoang Dao Thuy, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay
