Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Search and approach potential customers including households, businesses, and industrial factories.
Introduce and advise customers about the company's products, solutions and services, explain the benefits of installing solar power, the company's warranty and maintenance policy.
Advise customers on choosing the right capacity for their needs, guide customers to calculate savings, and calculate payback time.
Introduce customers to financial solutions such as loan programs, installment payment programs of the company, financial institutions or organizations affiliated with the company
Support documents and procedures related to installation and loans or installment payments.
Prepare quotes and follow up until the contract is closed
Create a contract that ensures agreement of terms and that all terms are fully and clearly understood.
Manage customer relationships and ensure customers are satisfied with the company's services.
