+ Search for new customers through online and offline channels.
+ Take care of old customers, develop new customers.
+ Market research
+ Place orders, monitor revenue, track debts, and collect debts in coordination with the accounting department
+ Update goods and promotional programs in coordination with the Sales and Purchasing Department.
+ Monitor your production schedule and coordinate with the production department.
+ Go to customers to offer products, get drawing specifications of materials ordered by customers that need to be produced (will be trained and instructed) and coordinate with the Design Department to compare correct and incorrect parameters.
+ Support packing goods, engraving logos and delivering them to your customers and the company's customers. Assist in placing new goods into the warehouse
+ Support colleagues, coordinate work together to serve customers as quickly as possible.
+ Make delivery notes and quotes for your customers (in the beginning, you will receive support and guidance; if you go on a business trip, there will be other friends to assist you with the work)
+ Make weekly reports, monthly reports, and make monthly plans for the Sales Manager.
+ Go on business trips according to personal or company schedules.
+ Contribute constructive comments and business ideas to help the sales department operate more effectively.
+ Do other tasks as directed by the Sales Manager and Board of Directors.
Job requirements :
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a business position (regardless of industry)
- Passionate about business.
- Good communication
- Hardworking, Honest, agile.
- Can go to work.
- Experience working in packaging or packaging-related industries is preferred.
