JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Posting information on websites specializing in real estate promotion, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook (trained in how to post information and where to post it so that there is no cost but still have many customers proactively calling to ask about buying a house - commitment to not Losing marketing costs, as long as you follow the instructions correctly, there will always be many customers proactively calling to ask to buy a house).
+ Listen to customers calling and advise and support customers to buy the most suitable house in the list of many thousands of houses that the Company is selling (no need to call to solicit (telesale) to bother the listener, nor need to send spam messages... the customer is the one who proactively calls me).
+ Existing customer care to help customers buy the right home.
+ Guide customers on home buying and selling procedures and provide necessary support (detailed training is provided).
+ Coordinate with other members to interact with home buying customers (supported by other members in interacting with customers).
+ Free working time.
