Work content:
- Type: direct sales to customers
- Product: Japanese medical equipment - pulse electrotherapy machine
- Working location: At showrooms in Hanoi and neighboring provinces (Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh...), the working location will be chosen by Sales in accordance with the business model.
Working process :
- Search and select a working showroom location or designated by the company according to the business plan
- Search for customers around the showroom area radius of 500m-1km
- Present, promote, consult and sell products according to the company's format at the showroom. Set and report on operational and sales targets at the showroom you manage
- Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints to maximize satisfaction. Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Installation and conduct sales activities, customer care after sale. Further details will be discussed in the interview.
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., off every other Saturday and every Sunday
Allowances & benefits:
- Holiday and New Year bonuses 1/2 times a year (depending on the actual business situation of the company)
- Salary increase 5~8% per year
- Allowance by position: from 1,000,000 ~ 104,000,000 VND
- Bonus for achieving target: 1,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND
- Bonus commission of 2.5 ~ 8% of product value
- Language allowance
N3 or TOEIC 650 :1,000,000 ; N2 or TOEIC 750 :2,000,000; N1/TOEIC 750 or higher: 3,000,000 VND
- Working allowance: 50,000 VND/day
- Actual travel allowance
- Business travel allowance ~ VND/day - Hotel and travel expenses paid by company)
- Other allowances according to company regulations.
- Company trip 1 year, 2 times (depending on the actual business situation of the company)
- The employee with the best sales performance of the year will receive training in Japan (company expenses paid)

REQUEST:
- Age: 20~30
- Education: Graduated from Intermediate School or higher
- Experience: Priority is given to candidates with experience in retail or health products.
Accepting new graduates (will be trained) with an orientation to selling equipment.
- Skills: Good communication, dynamic and able to withstand pressure, ability to solve problems, present and organize skills
- Foreign language: Not required - If available, it is an advantage (Knowledge of Japanese is preferred)
