JOB DUTIES
1. Consulting services:
- Consulting and quoting prices according to price lists for domestic and foreign customers (95% domestic) who need notarized translation of languages and legalization
- Consulting on customer sources from Marketing and self-sales departments such as customer referrals, taking care of old customers, (mainly customers come from Marketing sources).
- Closing sales and entering orders on the software.
- Responsible for implementing revenue targets set by superiors (target will increase monthly roadmap to gradually gain service experience and gradually accumulate regular customers).
- Take responsibility and urge customers to pay outstanding debts of unpaid orders of individuals.
2. Coordinate with the translation processing department (translation department) to process documents for customers
- Communicate and work with the translation processing department to ensure document results are returned to customers on time and with quality.
- Respond to customer information and questions within the scope of work in charge.
- Consulting, answering and handling problems/questions from customers within the allowed scope.
- Customer care before, during and after sales.
- Take care of lists of old customers and potential customers, build and maintain relationships with customers.
3. Other jobs:
- Provide plans and working methods to close new customers.
- Report revenue and work periodically as requested by superiors.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to provide the latest information, develop new ideas, and complete business plans and goals.
