Income
- Total income (Gross): 10,000,000 ~ 14,000,000 VND/month.
- In which, total income includes basic salary, allowances, sales/target bonuses, and social insurance contributions according to law.
Welfare regime:
- Annual salary increase
- Bonus: 2 times/year.
- Long service bonus: 4 years, 8 years, 12 years.

- Annual leave: 12 days of leave/year and increased according to seniority.
