Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Receive and screen lists of potential customers from Marketing campaigns to become targets for sales
Call/send emails to introduce the company and products/services to potential customers
Recognize and grasp customer needs to then introduce appropriate services
Convince customers to use products/services, build customer trust in the business
Set up quotes, work with the product development team to analyze competitor markets to build products/services that best meet customer needs
Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to superiors on progress and business results; customer needs, problems, concerns; Competitors' activities and potential in product/service business development
Develop implementation plans and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial projects

REQUEST

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields
Have experience working as a Business Development Officer, Sales Officer or similar positions
Proficient in MS Office tools
Understand clearly about business performance measurement indicators
Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving them
Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in work organization and time management skills
Confidently sell to many types of customers
Proficient in relationship management skills
Be open to receiving feedback

BENEFITS RECEIVED

Unlimited salary, commensurate with experience and ability
Fixed salary: 8,000,000 + KPI
Probation: 2 months (85% salary)
