    Job Description

    Job details:
    In charge of management and sales:
    • Ensuring effective international business operations; promote increasing the number of orders from existing customers; Expand potential customer network and identify potential customers to make cooperation decisions, send samples, and propose prices.
    • Advise and participate in resolving arising issues regarding contracts, goods, related documents, export procedures, delivery, transportation, and payment.
    • Monitor and take responsibility for contracts and contract progress effective from the time of negotiation and signing until the customer receives goods and makes payment according to company regulations. Directly urge and coordinate the implementation of contracts between BP members and the production, accounting, documentation, and transportation departments.
    • Research, collect information, forecast and analyze the market and competitors to propose policies to improve business opportunities and compete with competitors in the industry.
    Marketing:
    • Schedule content posting on social platforms, etc. Monitor reports and evaluate marketing metrics.
    • Censor information and images of posts, content, magazines, products, etc. on the website and regular posts on social platforms.
    • Disseminate promotions and incentives; new product announcement.
    • Summarize the effectiveness of marketing activities, market trends and provide appropriate customer approach.
    Other work: As assigned by superiors.

    Job requirements and qualifications:
    • Foreign language: Fluent English communication (required).
    • University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Import-Export and related fields. Understand and master work-related fields such as: Business Administration, Team Management, Import-Export Sales, Sales and Marketing,...
    • Proficient in office
    • Ready to work.
    • Priority is given to having experience in the field of construction materials business and export (if not, training will be provided).
