Job Description

Job description:
- Respond to customer messages on social media sites, plan consultations, file quotes, contracts and close orders.
- Meeting with customers and partners to work on orders.
- Manage the order process, delivery, installation, payment of orders.
- Troubleshooting problems with orders.
- Support Marketing and Administration teams.
- Other tasks when required.
Job requirements:
- Have a high sense of responsibility for the work received.
- Know how to behave and be polite with customers.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Knowing English is an advantage.
- Love the interior and home decoration.
- No experience required.
Welfare:
- Fixed salary: 6,000,000/month + 1% commission on sales - one-time payment at the end of the month (depending on workload, hard salary can be adjusted)
