- Searching for new customers, taking care and developing old customers of the company to ensure sales and profit targets;
- Meet and connect with customers to find out the needs and desires of customers to bring suitable solutions and products to promote sales.
- Be responsible for notifying and recovering customers' payments and debts on time.
- Ensure assigned KPIs are fully implemented and on time.
- Collect information, research, analyze the market, competitors, customers; Synthesize data, make periodic sales reports at the request of superiors and the Board of Directors
- Closely coordinate and work with other departments of the company to take care of and serve customers as well as complete assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by superiors.
