    Job Description

    1. work content
    • Searching for potential customers via Telesale/ Facebook/ Zalo/… according to the data provided by the company and self-searched data.
    • Consulting tour programs for guests, receiving tour booking requests, handling booking according to the process, ...
    • Manage, update and take care of customers.
    • Directly dealing with customers, answering and meeting customer needs.
    • Combined with executive implementation of services committed to customers.
    • Associate with a number of organizations and customer conferences to promote the company's brand and services.
    • Well implement the business plan given by the Head of Department / Team Leader or superior.
    • Summarize and report sales, analyze performance for the month.
    • Other related work as assigned.
    1. Request
    • Having a certain knowledge of the field of tourism, tours, …
    • Having sales experience in a similar position is an advantage (not yet trained)
    • Prefer to know one of the languages: English, Chinese, Korean, etc.
    • Proficient in using social media channels, using basic computers is enough for work
    • Confident communication, flexible and proactive problem-solving skills.
    1. Working time/place
    • Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning (closed Saturday and Sunday afternoon)
    Morning: 08:00 to 12:00
    Afternoon: 13:00 to 17:00
    • Working location: Head office in Phu Quoc or branch office in city. Ho Chi Minh City Dang Nhu Mai, Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2).
    1. Salary and benefits
    • Fixed salary 5,000,000 VND/month + 20% profit commission
    • Social insurance contributions for employees working for full 6 months or more
    • Foreign language allowance: Chinese HSK 4 or higher, English TOEIC 550 or higher, Other foreign languages (to be discussed at interview) 200000vnd/month
    • Support phone bill, and some other expenses 100000vnd/month
    • Other hot bonus policies according to monthly business performance
    • Equipment for work provided by the company: Desktop computers, office machines (print, copy, scan...), stationery, tables and chairs, private working space.
