*Job description:
- DSA- Salesperson
- Search, meet face-to-face and convince customers to open credit cards and get bank loans.
- Take care and follow up customers during the process of filing until the customer's profile is completed.
- Answer customer inquiries
- Working in office hours, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday every week. Holiday regime as prescribed by the State.
- Salary is commensurate with the effort put in.
Requirements: - Male/female from 18 years old, easy to listen to, receptive, honest (Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in customer care or financial - banking business)
- Graduated from high school or higher, with a spirit of learning and constantly striving.
- The company does not require skills or experience, but wants employees to be hardworking, diligent, and progressive.
- Comply with the Company's regulations.
* Salary bonus:
- Salary: 20 million per month including gas for field trips, daily lunch, phone
- Note: Must meet the required Sales.
- 13th month salary and bonus and number of vacation days and holidays according to State regulations
- Salary 20 million including lunch outside, petrol, phone with the following conditions:
+ Closing 45 customers / month, no bad debt, of course, you have to close the package fee, keep cccd
+ If 45 customers/month is not reached, it will be calculated according to the sales completion rate:
for example, if you only reach 30 customers, you will only get 75% x 20 million = salary, and so on
+ In addition, an additional 0.5% will be charged/disbursed amount.
