JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales - commercial negotiation fluent in English/Chinese (Listening - speaking - reading - writing)
- Make and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans in the market in charge to sell products
- Knowledge of products - materials to advise and understand the needs of customers.
- Ensure efforts to achieve the target sales/revenue in the assigned market.
- Search and develop new customers, new markets through B2B search channels, exhibitions,...
- Negotiate, sign contracts and maintain customer relationships and coordinate with departments in the Company to deploy and monitor the contract implementation process.
- Lead and coordinate with other departments in the Company to implement / monitor the contract implementation process to meet the progress / needs of customers.
- Participating in International Fairs and traveling abroad according to work requirements.
- Monthly report on customer analysis to the Head of Department and perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager, if any.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Graduated from University/University/College majoring in Foreign Economic Relations, International Business, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages…
3. Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with 01-02 years of working experience or more in the field of international sales
5. Able to think logically, willing to work independently as well as good teamwork.
6. Having knowledge and understanding in the field of Logistics and international payment.
7. Proficient in office computing and foreign languages suitable for the position: English, Chinese
8. Attitude inquisitive, progressive and responsive in working situations.
9. Accept high pressure work and take responsibility for work.
10. Willing to go on a business trip abroad.
11. Easy-to-see appearance, good communication.

• Basic salary: 08 million - 15 million/month + % commission. Total income from 1,000 - 1,500 usd/month +++ - commensurate with working capacity.
