Job description

Search, exploit and collect potential customers.
Follow up and remind customers when it is time to perform and re-sign.
Research competitors and markets.
Make a business plan. Business performance report
Closely monitor the contract implementation process, ensure the quality of service, bring the best prices
the best value for customers as well as coordinate with related departments to fix it quickly
problems that arise during implementation.
Monitor the liquidation process, close the contract, support the accounting department to expedite the debt, coordinate
Coordinate with Marketing department to plan and implement incentive and promotion programs on
holidays, Tet, customer gratitude; Introduce new products and services of the company to attract more customers

Some other related work

Job requirements:

Have a college/university degree or higher
Experience as Sales Executive or related positions
Be open to receiving feedback
Experience in B2B is an advantage

Compensation scheme:
1. Salary

Hard salary: 5-10 million according to capacity and experience
Lunch allowance, attendance
Sales Commission and KPI
Salary T13 + Year-end bonus according to Company's sales
