I. Job Description:
1. Business
- Sales, responsible for assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets;
2. Market development
- Exploiting and developing customers according to the assigned market segments;
- Update relevant information about the tourism market;
- Participate in Networking Events or travel fairs at home and abroad to find potential customers;
- Search and attract new potential customers, create a database, and at the same time maintain good relationships with the company's existing customers.
3. Customer care
- Analyze, handle, and thoroughly resolve all customer queries and complaints;
- Get comments and feedback from guests after using the hotel's services;
- Provide relevant departments to review and learn from experience in necessary cases.
4. Contract
- Negotiate and sign contracts to sell the company's products and services;
- Coordinate with related parties to make contracts, monitor the entire contract process (from the time the contract is sent, signed, stamped, returned, transferred to the archiving accountant);
- Support Accountant to collect debts from customers.
5. Report
- Make weekly/monthly reports and business plans for the Leaders;
- Make quarterly account analysis report.
6. Other jobs
- Coordinate work with other units;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

8. Job Requirements
- Qualification: High school graduate or above
- At least 1 year of experience in business in hotels/resorts
