2. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Searching, maintaining and expanding the number of customers who are Kindergarten/Primary/Secondary schools;
- Be responsible for and ensure the assigned sales targets and KPIs:
- Planning sales by week, month, quarter, year;
- Understand programs, product packages, policies for schools and teachers;
- Reach out to schools in the assigned area to introduce and sell the program;
- Organizing seminars to introduce the program for the Principal, the Pedagogical Council;
- Sign a training cooperation contract.
- Store customer data;
- Report on work results by week, month, quarter and year;
- Provide information and support related departments: Engineering, Training, Production, Accounting;
- Monitor the implementation of the program at schools:
- Liaise with relevant departments to promptly resolve incidents at school;
- Respond to information from schools and teachers;
- Proposing appropriate policies and solutions for schools.
- Other duties as assigned.
3. REQUEST - Graduated from College with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pedagogy;
- No experience required;
- Willing to travel often.
