Job Description

Based on the business plan set out by the head of the sales department, make a monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan.
Introduce, advertise and sell products and services to potential customers and convenient customers; (box steel products, galvanized steel coils, black goods, section steel... ;)
Maintain and ensure sustainable, long-term relationships with current customers (civil, projects,...). Secure and maintain current revenue.
Looking for new business opportunities with existing customers, in order to increase revenue, profit, market share.
Master the assigned market situation, search and develop new customers, new business opportunities.
Always update the debt situation and work with the accounting department to urge customers to pay their debts on time. To issue a plan to deal with bad debts (if any) and carry out after it is approved.
Answer questions and solve problems that customers are facing in the process of finding and using products/services.
