Specific work is as follows:

- Take care of old customers, keep good relationships now and find new customers to develop revenue and sales of the Sales Department.
- Consulting, resolving complaints related to the company's products that customers use.
- Responsible for debt collection (if any).
- Regularly update market information: demand for goods, prices... to have suggestions and suggestions to superiors in a timely manner.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
