Introduce company products, consult potential BDS, answer questions about Real Estate, convince customers to buy company products.
- Negotiate, negotiate with customers on prices, contracts, close deposit contracts and support customers to sign contracts.
- After-sales customer care, maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Find new sources of customers, expand potential customers, have needs, expand and develop relationships.
- Participating in business campaigns, team building.
- Participate in training sessions, go to the market, research competitors under the guidance of the team, group, company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
