JOB DETAILS:
- Surveying the company's available housing resources by district
- Search for customers in need (trained, provide search engines)
- Consulting and recommending products suitable to customers' needs
- Support customers to see houses, check planning, legal, investment advice, construction, ... No experience will be trained, 2 weeks is basic knowledge.
- Weekly and monthly participation in training programs from theory to practice, professional improvement, towards professionalism (online or face-to-face learning at the headquarters)
- Coordinate and exchange work with Team Leader, Head of Department to close the transaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: From 18 to 65 years old
- Having transportation, having a computer is good
- Good health, perseverance, eager to learn, progressive and have a desire to break through in income
- Graduated from high school, over 45 years old, no degree required.
RIGHT:
- Income: Negotiable salary + bonus + 50% commission per transaction.
- CLOSE TRANSACTION, commission split within 24 HOURS
- Support 2 MILLION posting costs and 75 - 90% of communication and marketing costs on top websites
- Can use Web/App to look up the fastest and most accurate source of goods
- Be granted the right to join more than 300 Facebook groups to find customers
- FLEXIBLE working time, can work part-time, suitable for own conditions
- Always be supported by the team wholeheartedly, closely, ensuring there is a transaction when there is a customer
- Road accident insurance 10 million VND
- Real estate brokerage practice certificate
- Guarantee to cut the bridge (roll the trigger). The first, only unit to support this.
