- Update correctly and enough information about the projects being sold.
- Searching and exploiting potential customers wishing to buy and invest in real estate. Expand your network of customers.
- Introduce, guide and advise customers on information related to products, distribution and development company projects.
- Take guests to see the project. Convince customers to buy products: land plots, townhouses, apartments, villas, luxury houses, resorts.
- Update customer feedback timely.
- Implement procedures in the buying and selling process for customers. Take care of existing and old customers.
- Report on evaluating the list of potential customers being exploited. Store accurate customer data in a timely manner according to the process.
- Suggest to improve products, processes, policies, sales programs. Coordinate with team to achieve assigned targets.
- Attend company training courses. Implement advertising plan. On duty at the office, on duty at the model house, at the fair according to the assigned schedule. Update market situation as assigned.
- Make reports as prescribed: daily, monthly and quarterly reports. Perform other arising tasks assigned by direct management. Comply with the professional code of conduct for real estate consultants.
