Job Description

Effectively implement sales activities for the company

Maintain and promote sales activities for customers assigned by the company
Set up and process customer orders.
Taking care of the company's customer system, promoting customers to consume goods stably and develop.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints about the quality of goods, services, and sales policies of the company.
Seeking new customers
Planning for market development.
Receiving and processing customer requests.
Make a list of potential customers to promote product consumption.
Promotion of product offerings, delivery support.
Follow up and urge to comply with the orders placed.
Handling arising problems: Product quality, delivery
Collect and analyze market information.
Collect market information, change competitors, customer groups and assigned market areas
Propose measures to promote product promotion.
Manage customer records and care plans:
Create a customer profile
Schedule customer care.
Collect information about customers: Finance, level of engagement, scalability, product consumption.
Other missions
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports as directed by superiors
Share and support information with colleagues: information about products, markets
Perform other duties as requested by superiors
