Job details
- Search for potential customers (With data provided).
- Receive and resolve customer feedback if there are problems related to business activities.
- Consulting, persuading customers to invest and support payment.
- Answer customer questions or requests about products.
- Maintain close relationship with customers.
- Understand information and classify customers to promptly develop appropriate care policies.
- Support the department head, sales director to make business plan and ensure the plan is executed on schedule and with high efficiency.
- Receive and process information related to business activities, ensuring profits for businesses.
- Urging the collection of debts, payment progress of customers to make business data reports.
- Planning, strategy, business program.
- Periodically report revenue to superiors, update detailed business results reports.
- Perform other support tasks as directed by superiors.
