Job Description

JOB DETAILS
Search for potential customers:

Find potential customers in relationships, social networks, online tools, direct market mining or whatever source you can find.
Find out the needs of customers, meet and choose the right consulting direction for each customer.
Sign contracts and guide customers to use the product.
Live chat, phone switchboard, fanpage, zalo the company's customer channels.

Existing customer care:

Manage existing customer information & keep good relationship to expand customer network.
Collaborate with product development and customer care departments to meet customer needs and questions about products.
Listening and absorbing opinions from customers in order to build and improve more and more perfect products.
Work at office
Searching for customers who have needs for the company's online advertising products and services such as: Google Adwords, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Marketing, website design, hosting services, domain names, copyright software
Customer care.
Collect data, develop relationships with businesses and potential customers.
Working under the direction of the department head

Inexperienced staff will be trained.
