Job details
- Learn in-depth about FWD's insurance products (investment-linked insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, health insurance, ..)
- Developing individual customers according to the direction of the head of the department, providing in-depth advice on financial/insurance plans for individual or corporate customers.
- Take care of customers regularly, support to answer questions and solve customer requirements during the consultation process and after participating in the product.
- Participating in periodic training sessions on knowledge and consulting skills of the company.
