Working mechanism * For Full-time business staff, support hard salary 6,000,000 VND/24 days 1 month
- Employees work according to the specified time, have full job applications, are provided with data by the company, and monthly payroll based on the monitoring table.
- Receiving data from Marketing and Sales departments
- Receive and process customer requests
- Make outbound calls or through other interactive channels to consult customers
- Receive and process information from customers (suggestions, questions, complaints, feedback...) through channels (phone, zalo, fanpage, ...)
- Update & Report work results daily.
- 1 month probationary period, according to the regulations, after 1 month of being considered for approval, signing an official contract and after 3 months of working officially paid social insurance
- Work with related departments to increase work efficiency
Working time:
- From Monday to Saturday, starting from 8 am to 12 pm, 1:30 pm to 5 pm
