    Job Description

    Job description:
    • Search for potential customers based on available data.
    • Advising on the most suitable programs and courses for customers. Convince customers to join the Gym's programs and courses
    • Regularly contacting to promptly capture information from members to ensure always providing services beyond customer expectations & Listening to customer complaints and promptly reporting to management for handling.
    • Understand the products and services of the Yoga studio. Understand the sales process, to be able to find the target group and the problem that customers face, from which to advise and offer suitable products.
    • Receiving and answering phones, answering questions of potential customers & gym members.
    • Receive and convey accurate information from the gym to the client and vice versa.
    Request:
    • Age: 20 - 30 years old
    • More than 1 year of experience in the position applied for, experience in the field of health care and services is preferred
    • Enthusiastic, caring and honest
    Right:

    • Salary: Negotiable salary (directly discussed during interview)
    • Salary structure: Basic salary + Sales KPI + Sales bonus + Quarterly bonus (quarterly) + Annual bonus (yearly)
