    Job details
    • Manage goals, revenue indicators, TB and database in the area in charge
    • Planning sales, customer care, reducing cancellations to ensure the completion of assigned targets in the area
    • Synthesize and analyze the causes of consumption decline, service interruption in the area to propose appropriate solutions.
    • Support declaring and updating customer records, customer information, customer database management
    • Management of tools, tools for sales and marketing, sales and customer service.
    • Consulting, selling on a set of rival customers, a set of new customers, an existing set of customers, a set of corporate customers/agencies/organizations, etc.
    • Consulting customers for digital transformation
    • Capturing the market situation in the area in charge: receiving, surveying, investigating information about the market, customers, competitors; promptly report to management and advise on appropriate policies to develop the market, increase market share, and increase revenue.
    • Make periodic reports on market information, quality and network capacity in the area in charge.
    • Training, coaching, mentoring, guiding the team to coordinate in the area (Especially for BH-TC channel, sales consultant, telesale, AM channel, AM channel and technical staff,. ..)
    • Organizing/Supporting other staff channels, CTV, coordinating technical consulting channels, selling on rival customers, new customers, existing customers, corporate/agency/ Organization, collection of customers assigned by TCT/TTKD (Especially for BH-TC channel, sales consultant, AM, AM, Technical, ...)
    • Organize/Support other staff channels, collaborators, coordinate technical channels to deploy key sales programs/Total force
    • Organize/Support other staff channels, collaborators, coordinate technical channels to advise customers on digital transformation
    • Carry out local communication programs as assigned.
    • Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
