JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Search for potential customers: make phone calls to meet, consult, introduce to customers about the company's products and services (nursing service, retirement insurance ...). Guide procedures and complete documents for customers according to regulations.
2. Answer customers' questions about products and purchase procedures according to the company's general program.
3. Maintain customer relationships, perform customer care work to ensure customer satisfaction about services.
4. Report timely, accurate and complete information related to the work to the Board of Directors periodically or irregularly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Candidates with 1 year working experience in business (including real estate business, finance, banking, insurance, hotel...). No experience will be trained.
- Have good analytical thinking, logically explain the strengths and weaknesses of business plans.
- Active communication, persuasive voice, easy to listen to.
- Other skills: Time arrangement, work arrangement, teamwork, situation handling, flexibility, meticulousness, perseverance, ability to work under high pressure
