- Introduce and supply townhouse products that the Company is operating in districts 1, 3, 5, 10, 2, 11, Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan... to customers
- Work directly with customers, analyze, negotiate and convince them about the benefits of the product.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with support from the Company's Board of Directors
- Search and expand customer relationships;
- Exploiting needs and advising customers to buy and sell houses
- Taking care of current and potential customers;
- Acquiring and improving product and market knowledge to advise closing customer contracts;
- Coordinate with the team to achieve common targets;
- Regularly update real estate market information, quickly grasp the needs of customers;
- Improve consulting skills, introduce products and company image to customers and partners in a professional manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years old
- Work experience: not required
- Priority is given to employees who have been involved in real estate or sales staff in other fields such as: automobiles, high-value assets, project construction materials, insurance, financial consulting, and aviation. , travel services.
- Graduated from high school or higher in business administration, finance, marketing, information technology, banking, law, ...
