- Introduce and sell Korean tours, Korean visa services to current and potential customers; ensure the completion of assigned sales targets;
- Coordinate with customer care and marketing departments to take care and exploit potential customers
- Researching, collecting information, needs of customers / markets, polling customers about the product system (quality, service, price ...)
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers;
- Coordinate with related departments to complete sales related work and after-sales services;
- Advise customers on products by phone, email or face-to-face (sometimes)
- Guide, track and manage the payment progress of customers
- Update customer database to report to direct manager
- Post facebook posts, spam zalo, .. support promotion, marketing, customer search
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
