Job Description

Update real estate/gold market information, quickly grasp market demand.
Find out, research about the products and projects the company is distributing/cooperating to introduce, consult and answer questions for partners.
Learn and update knowledge about the real estate / gold market segments, markets, wholesale - retail industry.
Taking care of partners before/during/after sales, maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Find new sources of partners, have the need to build data, expand and develop relationships.
Negotiate, negotiate with partners on prices, contracts, close orders and support partners to sign contracts.
Managing, training and recruiting domestic and foreign collaborators
Prepare and submit to superiors periodical reports on project status.
Other tasks as directed by superiors and the Board of Directors.
