- Co-executing with the Admin staff of their Region on maintaining and developing sales in the assigned management area to complete the assigned sales target.
- Manage and take care of existing agents, support agents to develop sales; master the monthly sales program and policies for agent groups; introduce sales programs, new products to agents; stock control and agent debt management.
- Record the feedback of agents and customers, give suggestions to improve sales, make work more efficient and convenient, and meet the requirements of the Agent.
- Searching, building and opening new agents according to the Company's agency standards; Screening and recommending to remove ineligible agents.
- Mastering market information, competitors to propose appropriate solutions to achieve sales goals and develop market share.
- Monthly market planning; implementing market work; make daily reports and closely coordinate with the regional admin during the work; accomplish the business trip sales target; report at the end of the trip and pay the per diem according to the process.
- Perform work at the company's office during the time of not going to the market: coordinate with the regional admin staff to quote, advise on orders, set up and track sales and export orders, and deliver to customers; perform customer care by phone/chat/email; coordinate with regional Admin and Accountant to monitor regional debt in performing debt management… and other jobs.
- Report to the Regional Manager, Head/Deputy Sales Department according to the Company's reporting regulations.
