JOB DESCRIPTION
1. SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS
- Find customers through social relationships, circle of friends; online tools; direct phone calls; market directly or whatever source you can find
- Understanding customer needs, consulting products suitable for needs; client's field
- Sign contracts and guide customers to use the product
- Listening and absorbing opinions from customers in order to build and perfect the product better and better.
- Collect data, develop relationships with businesses and potential customers.
2. CUSTOMER CARE
- Manage existing customer information and keep good relationship with customers
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing departments to perfect products according to customer needs
- Working under the direction of superiors
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required, but it will be better if you have some telesale skills, don't be afraid to communicate
- Love the business, take care of customers
- Knowledge of website, marketing
WELFARE REGIME
- Basic salary: - + commission 5% - 10%/product
- Business training
