JOB DESCRIPTION
• Post product and service introductions on online sales platforms such as Shopee, Tiki, Lazada or social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, Youtube.
• Focal point, representing the Company in working with customers.
• Survey, analyze the market, learn and analyze the Company's products and those of competitors.
• Advise customers on products that suit their needs and budget plans.
• Monitor and directly deliver goods to customers. Notify the Delivery plan to the Sales Secretary to notify the Warehouse to prepare products for delivery.
• Receive and process customer requests and complaints.
• Take care of customers who have used the Company's products. Collect customer feedback.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leader.
