- Job details: Market development: Searching for, approaching, and expanding the network of dealers (Level 1 and Level 2 dealers) and large farms, cooperatives, and individual farmers in the assigned area.
Customer care: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing dealers; regularly visit and support dealers in promoting product sales in the market.
Sales & Consulting: Introduce and advise on the company's range of foliar fertilizers; provide guidance on the process and techniques for effective product use for each type of crop.
Implementing a marketing program: Organizing workshops, farmer conferences, and model farming (demofarm) to promote the product's advantages directly in the local area.
Accounts Receivable & Order Management: Receiving orders, coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery; monitoring and following up on accounts receivable from dealers in accordance with company regulations.
Market research: Gather information on pricing, policies, promotional programs of competitors, and market feedback to report to superiors.
- Job requirements: Qualifications: Graduates from vocational schools, colleges, or universities with degrees in the following fields: Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agricultural Extension, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or related economic fields.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more of experience in the agricultural supplies business (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds). (Newly graduated, dynamic and hardworking candidates will be trained).
Professional skills: Basic knowledge of crops, pest and disease identification, and agricultural technical consulting skills are a significant advantage.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; ability to speak in front of a crowd (during seminars/conferences).
Personal qualities: Diligent, hardworking, honest, willing to travel to different areas for work or work directly in the fields.
Other requirements: Must have a means of transportation (motorcycle), and be familiar with the assigned area of responsibility.
