JOB DETAILS: This position is designed to train and develop sales staff from basic to professional levels, with a clear career path in the first 3 weeks, followed by direct participation in business operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Find new customers.
- Product/service consultation.
- Finalize the deal and sign the contract.
- Basic customer service.
- Submit work reports as required.
REQUEST: Candidates will undergo an apprenticeship program with the main objective each week being to master the company's products, materials, color codes, pricing, and policies, as well as practice fieldwork with the Sales department.
BENEFITS RECEIVED:- Internship Salary (2 Months): Basic salary: 8 million VND, Allowances: 1 million VND (KPI), KPI + Performance bonuses...as per regulations. Note: Interns receive 80% of the basic salary.
- Successful sales trainees can increase their salary to full-time employee status: Basic salary: 8 million VND, Allowances: 1 million VND, KPI, KPI + Performance bonuses... as per regulations.
- If the first 3 customers are acquired and the total order value for the month is 100 million VND or more, 100% of the basic salary will be applied immediately.
- Signed a permanent employment contract.
- Opportunity: Full-time employee: Basic salary = 8 million VND - 100% of basic salary will be applied immediately upon closing the first 3 customers and achieving a total order value of 100 million VND or more in the month.
