JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for planning and implementing monthly/quarterly/annual business plans, as well as updating sales data and reporting sales figures periodically. Additionally, the candidate will research, gather, and analyze market information and customer needs to maintain and develop the existing customer network, as well as seek and expand into new markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plan and implement business plans on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Update sales data, generate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports; prepare detailed sales reports.
- Research, gather, and analyze information about the market and customer needs.
- Maintain and develop the existing customer network; seek out and expand into new markets.
- Prepare quotations, offers, tender documents, and monitor project progress.
- Monitor contracts and accounting department records; follow up on outstanding debts.
- Provide advice, receive and answer customer questions about the products the company distributes.
- Develop and propose policies to improve business efficiency.
- Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.
REQUEST:- Graduates from colleges/universities in the following fields: Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, or related fields.
- Possesses strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive in work, and possessing a spirit of innovation.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Willing to travel for business when necessary.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: business skills.
- In addition, knowledge related to Sales and understanding of Business Development are required.
