Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

According to the general manager's meeting and negotiation, do good translation and carry out relevant speech writing and write draft articles ;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

According to the general manager's meeting and negotiation, do good translation and carry out relevant speech writing and write draft articles ;
Assist the general manager to manage in comprehensive, coordinating the work of various departments and handling daily affairs;
Collect and understand the work dynamics of each department in a timely manner, assist the general manager to coordinate the relevant business work between various departments, grasp the main activities of the company, and put forward handling opinions or suggestions for the general manager to make decisions;
Responsible for visit of other companies, assist the general manager to establish good cooperative relations with suppliers, government agencies and other external departments, and be responsible for the reception of the company's guests;
Do a good job in the organization of various office meetings and important activities, be responsible for the drafting and release of meeting minutes, and inspect and supervise the implementation of meeting resolutions;
Responsible for the preparation of the company's internal and external documents, promotional materials, PPT and other official documents required by the general manager;
Responsible for completing all kinds of business statements and reporting materials required by the overseas headquartor;
Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in planning, knowledgeable in research, experienced with problem solving, along with communication skills and analysis.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: sales personnel, understanding related to business development, experience with business administration, furthermore sales support and international business.
