JOB DETAILS: The company is seeking candidates to develop its customer base and promote the introduction and consumption of its tourism products through online and offline channels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop customer base and promote the introduction and consumption of the company's tourism products through online and offline channels.
Supporting businesses in developing optimal tourism service plans and achieving sales targets (annual service fees up to XX0,000).
Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore their potential for repeat business.
Organize and implement activities initiated by the company, and participate in online and offline tourism promotion events.
Handling customer feedback, improving service quality, and increasing customer satisfaction.
REQUEST: 1. Educational background:
Graduated from college or higher, preferably with a major in tourism, marketing, tourism culture, or Chinese language.
Over one year of experience in the tourism industry, travel agency, OTA platform, or customer service is an advantage.
Internship positions are available for recent graduates (internship must be completed and assessed before employment).
2. Core Competencies
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to build trust with clients.
Sales skills: Understanding of the sales process, ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively.
Capable of negotiating and solving problems independently, and completing tasks on time.
Tools used: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Capcut and Canva; knowing how to drive a car is an advantage.

Possesses a positive work attitude and the ability to handle pressure well.
