Job Description

Search for customer information from a variety of channels to build a system of potential customers.
Actively contact and connect with potential customers to introduce the company's products/services.
Use email to send information about products/services, to provide reference information and answer questions for customers (if customers have feedback).
Apply sales skills to negotiate and persuade customers to use the business's products/services.
Implement the process of signing contracts with customers who have agreed to buy products and use services from the business.
Proactively contact customers who are using the business's products/services to record their feedback and create good relationships with customers.
Answer questions and promptly support complaints and requests from customers
Proactively send information about promotions and incentives to customers to persuade them to buy products, use services or renew contracts.
Implement new contract procedures with customers who want to re-sign contracts with the business
Combine with other departments in the business to implement contracts, ensuring full satisfaction of customer requirements
Monitor the contract implementation process, ensuring customer-centricity, bringing the best value to them
Coordinate with other departments to overcome problems that arise during contract implementation
