Job description: Search for customers through platforms; Advise customers in need of the Company's Logistics services: Sea freight (LCL & FCL); Air freight; Road freight (Trucking); Customs clearance services; All-in services (Domestic trucking, fumigation, quarantine, sanitation, customs clearance); Advise customers on the best professional solutions along with some other related services; Quote for customers, negotiate, draft and sign contracts with customers; Develop relationships with new customers, maintain relationships with old customers; Coordinate departments to maximize work efficiency, handle goods smoothly, handle problems if any, update goods status for shippers/consignees; Plan and implement customer development, sales; Perform work in accordance with their professional titles under the management and direction of the Board of Directors (individuals appointed or authorized to be in charge); Report weekly on their own sales activities, customer feedback and market information; Complete other tasks depending on the Company's business requirements and as decided by the Board of Directors (individuals appointed or authorized to be in charge).
