    Job Description:

    • Based on customer information from the sourcing department, sales staff schedule consultation and customer care for the Company.
    • Talk to customer service to schedule a tour to see the actual apartment/project.
    • Willing to participate in Company training and discussions to improve sales skills
    • Some other requirements according to the competency framework of sales staff

    Candidate benefits

    - Fixed salary: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month (depending on ability) + Commission on successful transactions + KPI achievement bonus (Income up to 100 million/month - THIS IS THE ACTUAL INCOME OF COMPANY EMPLOYEES WHEN THE PROGRAM IS FOLLOWED)

    - SPECIAL, Attractive bonus according to Investor's project up to 100 million/transaction

    - Good product sources are available from foreign investors with full legal status. ESPECIALLY, investors DO NOT CHARGE COMMISSION FEE, sales commission is paid in full and on time.

    - Available source of transferable products (resale or lease) with full legal documents

    - Large customer data source, supporting customers with real needs for employees who only need to take care of customers and close deals

    - Clear promotion path: From staff to Management levels (details in internal documents)
