Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Learn about the economic characteristics of the region, business sectors and customers who need to use the company's services.
Search and collect customer information data in assigned areas through actual site surveys, Facebook, Tiktok, online sales, old customers, and acquaintances.
Understand the types of products and services of the company and the express delivery industry products and services currently available on the market.
Analyze and classify customers by type of goods or by the company's products and services, then develop an approach plan.
Support the area to complete the production plan registered with the Market Department at the beginning of each month.
Collect information on policies, prices, products, personnel arrangements, post offices, and operating regulations of competitors, from which to propose appropriate competitive operating strategies for the company.
Collect and promptly respond to customer feedback during the use of the company's services.
