Job Description

Respond to inquiries, support orders, and feedback from customers across all platforms.
Proactively contact potential customers from company data, social media or marketing programs.
Product and service consulting and sales to customers (B2C)
Receive leads from the Marketing department brought back from Facebook, Zalo, web, e-commerce platforms to advise on closing orders.
Negotiate, bargain and sell to customers through the Company's Online channels.
Take care of, track, and resolve customer orders, maintain customer relationships
Tasks assigned by superiors.
Proactively learn about the work and policies and regulations of the Company to quickly integrate and grasp assigned work.
Connect and interact with relevant departments to coordinate work well.
Report work results periodically as prescribed to superiors.
Report directly to superiors when work cannot be resolved by oneself or when requested by superiors.
