Maintain current customers on CRM and seek to develop new customers through sources: Fairs, online, B2B, meet customers directly to consult on company products
Customer care, receiving and processing assigned customer information
Make monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and achieve sales targets.
Implement and propose activities to develop revenue according to campaigns and events during the year. Propose programs to optimize company strengths to achieve revenue and profit efficiency.
Support other departments to monitor production progress, payment, and debt collection from customers.
