    Job Description

    • Design master plan, details, total investment estimates for construction investment projects.
    • Design and sketch architectural plans for the Company's investment projects.
    • Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to Project Planning and Architecture.
    • Manage and control planning and architectural design documents. Work directly with partners such as design consultants and construction contractors on project-related issues to ensure quality and progress requirements.
    • Update regulations, standards and documents in the field of construction and architecture.
    • Prepare documents and develop the Company's construction projects.
    • Work with relevant agencies and departments on project investment preparation work.
    • Directly responsible to the company's leadership for the technical and aesthetic criteria of the assigned drawing documents.
    • Coordinate work with project teams; Support individuals and departments in work related to Architecture/Interior/Real Estate.
    • Plan to manage the quality and progress of architectural design documents for the project.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
