Job Description

- Job details:

Responsible for inspecting and monitoring the quality of bird's nest raw materials, production processes, and finished products according to technical standards, food safety, and company regulations; detecting, reporting, and proposing solutions to address defects to ensure bird's nest products meet quality standards before shipment.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from vocational school/college/university in the following fields: Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in quality control at a bird's nest drink production factory.
